RESPONSITBILITIES: 

• Provides direct support and guidance to the production coordinators while implementing LEAN principles and practices to improve efficiency and reduce waste
• Oversees inventory management processes
• Supervises the coordination or daily production activities 
• Work with Human Resources and the Production Coordinators to develop and maintain ongoing skill development training for production staff
• Data entry and ensuring documentation is properly completed, stored, and tracked
• Leads the internal auditing and coordinates and performs various audits
• Ensures SOP's for each department are reviewed and updated by each department manager and followed by associates
• Provides guidance and continuous training to associates in the QA department
• Gathers and scans customer complains and queries and any relevant documentation or correspondence to support resolution
• Tracks calibration due dates for all instruments
• Prepares solutions and organizes user trials
• Schedules daily random QA inspection
• Reviews records and uses data to to track trends and identify recurring issues
• Assist with SOP development
• Serves as back up as needed

SCHEDULE:

• Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm

PAY RATE:

• $18-$21 depending on experience. 

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School diploma or equivalent 
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a production environment
• Strong understanding and practical application of LEAN management principles and methodologies 
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
